By accessing or using the public Healthdex website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Public website only
These terms apply to the public marketing website and its resources. Access to the authenticated Healthdex platform may be governed by separate agreements, account terms, customer contracts, or policies.
Informational purpose
Permitted use
You may access the website and use public materials for lawful internal informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the website unlawfully, deceptively, or to violate another person’s rights.
- Attempt to bypass security, disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, or access nonpublic systems or data without authorization.

- Misrepresent Healthdex content, remove proprietary notices, or imply an endorsement that has not been given.

The website, Healthdex name and marks, visual design, text, graphics, software, reports, and other materials are owned by Healthdex or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited permission to use the public website under these terms.
Public data and third-party materials
Healthdex may describe or analyze public healthcare data and may link to third-party sources. Public availability does not eliminate source limitations, reporting errors, omissions, update delays, or third-party rights. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms.
No warranties
The public website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthdex disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the jurisdiction in which Healthdex is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
